Ideally any business is a candidate.  Our job is to pray first about this subject and allow the Holy Spirit to lead you to the right people.  It is our job to just ask.  Generally your best options are from people you know who own a business or people you know who know people who own a business.

Camp Rules - Tenting 101
Our annual festival is a fun activity for the entire family. As part of the festival we will be sleeping under the stars to raise awareness and funds for Breakthrough Ministries to meet its goal to end homelessness in MN.  The goal is to raise pledges and have campers sleep at 300 campsites; each campsite pledge goal is a minimum amount of $100.00.  Each participant can decide to either camp under the stars or support those who do. 

Pledge Forms - Win a PRIZE!
All proceeds will help bring awareness as well as fund the operations of Breakthrough Ministries.  You can sponsor a campsite for any dollar amount.  Please indicate what you are willing to contribute.  Your contribution is tax deductable and you will receive a donation receipt within 60 days of the event date.   I must collect your contribution when you make your pledge.

Breakthrough is coordinating the Breakthrough Family Festival and is seeking people to help pull off a first class event.  We need your help!!

Why:  To raise awareness for the homeless who spend every night under the stars and money to support Breakthrough Ministries and their efforts to help end homelessness.

How:

Our goal is that 300 people or more register their personal tents and spend a “Night under the Stars!  You can help us to reach our goal by registering your tent and inviting others to do the same.  Though it is not mandatory, we are asking everyone to take our pledge challenge and raise pledges for your tent or for others (you don’t have to sleep over to participate).  Prizes for the top 3 pledge getters.

Pledge Challenge and instruction can be downloaded and printed. Participants are NOT required to sleep over to participate in the pledge challenge.

When: The festival kicks-off at 9:00 am - Saturday, September 11th and ends at 3:00 pm -Sunday, September 12th

Where:  30 minutes South of Lakeville in Faribault MN

What:   This is a Family Festival which includes:

• Tenting – Sleep under the stars Saturday night (bring your own tent and bedding)
• Free Golf – tournament shotgun start on both Sat & Sun at 10:00 am, Open Golfing from 2 pm to dark both days, Twilight (night) golfing (on Saturday only)
• Saturday Worship, Live Bands (National recording Artists), Inspirational messages from 3-9 pm
• Sunday morning Sunrise service (with a twist) 6-9 am followed by fellowship
• Food will be available for purchase (all proceeds go to Breakthrough)
• Family activities, kid’s activities (arts, crafts, games, canoeing, jumpers, and animals) and much more (Volunteers will lead kids while parents enjoy other activities).
• Come for one or more activity, or stay for them all!
