We find people under bridges, in shelters, on the street corner, or even in churches who are lost, lonely and in some cases homeless. Our goal everyday at Breakthrough is to meet people where they are at and simply love them. We accomplish this by creating teams that search for and find people who are lost or in need.
Reconnaissance Mission Trip (RMT)
- Light to moderate engagement
- Focusing on locating people
- This is for the adventurous-type person, who enjoys hiking through unvertured territories to find homeless encampment areas for future MIT experiences; Pray over the land as they walk/search.

Supply Ministry Mission Trip (SMMT)
- Moderate to heavy engagement
- Focusing on supplying people with God's resources
- This is for bringing supplies (blankets, food....etc) to previously contacted homeless individuals

Discerning the leading of the LORD
- Willing to bring people on a spiritual journey (adventure) by creating an atmosphere of unity and agreement with the Holy Spirit.
- Regularly seeks God in his/her actions, decisions and plans. Sensitive to the leading of the Holy Spirit.

Good listener and encourager able to delegate when appropriate, acting as an overseer fo the team, not to do it all!
- Able to resolve conflict
- Event Reporting by documenting the trip in a post trip setting.
- Caring for the teams spiritual and emotional needs by praying throughout the day and and to debreif culture shock. Aware of the spiritual and physical needs of the team.
