David Engman has been married to Christine Engman since 1996 and has four children.  He currently lives in Burnsville Minnesota and has been South of the river since 1992.  David came to faith in 1984 and began serving the Lord with all of his heart, mind, strength, and soul in 2003.  He attends Hosanna Lutheran Church in Lakeville where is his wife Christine is on staff. 

David has a diverse background with over 20 years of development within the workforce.  He has primarily worked in the for-profit sector (Commercial HVAC and Mortgage Banking) including the last 10 years specifically devoted to business assessment, development, growth, leadership, and management while the last 3 years he has held executive positions in the nonprofit sector. 

David is an MCI Certified Life Coach with specific training utilizing (TTI) Target Training International’s DISC-behavioral study (How people behave), PIAV-Values/Workplace Motivators (Why People do what they do), Task Quotient-Tasks (How People Work), Trimetrix/PSTI-Attributes (What they do), Organizational Development- (360 Degree). 

His focus and training is geared toward authentic relational development and transformational change.
